Thank you for considering exhibiting at Fifties Fest. Please complete the form below to reserve your pitch.

The standard pitch size is 3m wide x 2m deep and does not include power. If you require power please select the option below. For larger pitches please Contact Us.

Exhibitor Setup Times:
• Friday: 10am - 5pm
• Saturday: 7am - 9am

Public Opening Times:
• Friday: 6pm - 10pm for Bikers Night
• Saturday: 9am - 11pm
• Sunday: 9am - 10pm

Rules for Saturday & Sunday Opening Hours:
• Be ready for the public opening hours shown above. (Friday Optional)
• Not to close stall/exhibit until 5pm on either day without permission from the organisers.
• Have relevant insurance for the event if applicable.
• Your exhibitor wristband must be worn at all times. Only 2 wristbands will be provided if you need additional wristbands a second pitch or full weekend festival ticket will need to be purchased.
• Only occupy the pitch allocated to you by Fifties Fest organisers.
